COTSWOLD LETTINGS is the only Dedicated, Independent Lettings Agency based in the very heart of the market town of Chipping Norton. 

Operating from our refurbished town-centre office we provide a comprehensive service for the Letting and Management of Residential and Commercial properties.  Our aim is to create the environment to achieve a straightforward and enjoyable lettings experience for both Landlords and Tenants.

Chipping Norton is an old stone, mill and market town high on the north- east edge of the glorious Cotswold Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town has a good selection of shops, both local and ‘High Street’ names, community hospital, noted theatre, well-regarded schools, sports centre and seasonal outdoor lido. Banbury is some 13 miles, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford both about 20 miles and Kingham station on the Paddington-Oxford-Worcester/Hereford ‘Cotswold’ line, 5 miles with public transport operating to all.
